Jersey Street created one sweetheart of a Sweetheart Table at a wedding at The Venetian this weekend. It all started with a 8ft  x 12ft  stage covered in white shag carpeting. We custom built a 12ft x 10ft  white tufted leather wall with a monogrammed mirrored wall inserted inside. The whole area was  draped in flowing white fabric. The bride and groom sat at a custom 2ft x 4ft mirror table with a white tufted leather insert. They sat on our custom Royal Garcia chairs. Magnifique!!

Jersey Street went camping this weekend out in the wilds of Millburn NJ. We took over the Sports Academy there and transformed it into a lodge for what else, but a Bar Mitzvah. We warmed up the huge space by draping the room in brown tones. We built a custom oak bar on one side of the massive space and a custom tree branch bar on the other side. On top of the tree bar were 4 real deer heads, uplighted in blue.

The guests sat on huge farm tables and barrel tables or chilled out in the brown distressed leather lounge. You really felt like you were hanging out in a lodge.  

Jersey Street went out of the box this weekend at the Short Hills Hilton.  For a Bar Mitzvah, we hung custom-made string curtains around the center illuminated bar and some of the lounge seating, making the space a little more intimate.  Our huge 28 x 28 “L” shaped illuminated bar lit up the entire room- the place was truly glowing.

Jersey Street created a Rockin’ NYE Bar Mitzvah on New Years Eve!  To stick with a Rock ‘n Roll theme, Jersey Street  decorated the room with black velvet banquettes and ottomans and accented with burgundy uplights.  Crystal chandeliers dangled from the ceiling while illuminated mirrored tables and a custom mirrored bar gave the room a rock ‘n roll feel.  We even had real guitar centerpieces decorate the tables!

Jersey Street transformed the Loft 350 in West Orange, NJ into a city-scene for a special Urban Bar Mitzvah!  We created a brick wall backdrop to mimic an NYC apartment building and branded the space with graffiti logos.  The dance floor was lit up with red illuminated cubes and a giant gobo.  Huge metal archways and a mirrored bar gave the party an industrial look.

Jersey Street did a smokin’ hot Sweet 16 Friday night at one of New York’s most elegant venues, Capitale.  The venue is gorgeous, so we had a great place to start with!  We created multiple lounges with sleek white couches and plush deep fuchsia flat velvet 84″ round ottomans.  We lit up the space in pink with large illuminated bars and dance platforms for all night boogieing.  The stage had huge gobos and our new hot pink tufted DJ facade.

 What a party!!

You may have heard that Jersey Street Furniture Rental is teaming up with The Wilshire Grand in West Orange, NJ and Unique Musique to give local businesses a shared holiday party that is filled with hot music, NYC-style decor, delicious food and drinks.  Last week the BYOB party filled up with companies including: The Hip Event, MetLife, Clara Maas, Complements Two and Verasoni Worldwide (to name a few!).  Jersey Street created a hip NYC lounge space for an amazing party.  We draped the walls in white to create a pristine atmosphere.  The elevated, VIP lounge areas featured zebra carpeting, and deep red velvet couches that sat atop illuminated cubes.  White tufted ottomans and couches gave guests comfort and style and the zebra-print tufted bar became a draw for everyone to stop-by. 

Jersey Street rang in the holidays with a big bash up in Greenwich, CT last Friday night.  There were all kinds of bars, from red velvet tufted to faux fire.  We decorated the space with shiny gold banquettes and ottomans along with illuminated dance stages and platforms.  The room was drenched in velvet- from red to gold and even chartreuse.  The place looked amazing and the party rocked until 3 a.m.  Now that’s a party!!

Jersey Street created an amazing Juicy Couture Sweet 16 last weekend.  We decorated the room in pink and brown then added some serious bling with crystals that dangled around the space!  We gave the party a lounge look with an illuminated Rachel Couture bar and glowing ottomans.  Stylish high heels were placed on tables and embroidered pillows were placed on couches to give the party a one-of-a-kind Juicy Couture feel.   

Imagine a firehouse, then imagine a cool Bar Mitzvah lounge.  No connection right?  WRONG!  Jersey Street transformed the upstairs of a firehouse into a trendy lounge for a Bar Mitzvah that rocked.  It’s amazing what decor can do:  We draped the room, brought in some unique pieces of furniture and lit it up, to transform the room form ordinary to hot, hot, hot!
